Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?

Dr. Maday discovered his passion for dentistry at an early age after a positive experience with his own orthodontist in fifth grade. That experience inspired him to pursue a career where he could combine technical skill with meaningful patient relationships while creating a welcoming, comfortable dental experience for every patient.

Where Did You Study Dentistry?

Following dental school at Temple University, Dr. Maday completed a two-year General Practice Residency at Rutgers University Hospital. During his first year, he focused on advancing his skills in comprehensive general dentistry. As Chief Resident during his second year, he trained in the Special Care Department, where he gained valuable experience treating patients with special healthcare needs. Dedicated to lifelong learning, Dr. Maday has completed more than 300 hours of continuing education through the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He remains committed to staying at the forefront of modern dentistry by regularly attending advanced courses and lectures focused on implant and restorative care.

Outside the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?

Outside the office, Dr. Maday enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. He and his fiancée recently took up golf and enjoy embracing the challenge of improving their game together. He also enjoys exploring the scenic roads of Sussex County on his motorcycle and is always happy to hear recommendations from patients for new routes to ride. At home, he spends plenty of time with his golden retriever, Duke, whose enthusiasm for treats keeps everyone on schedule.

A devoted New York Jets fan, Dr. Maday remains optimistic each football season. His loyalty to his favorite team mirrors the dedication and commitment he brings to his patients, making long-term relationships and exceptional care the foundation of his practice.
